As of 2021 Green Note has had equipment to be able to capture performances on up to 5 cameras with high quality, multi-track audio. There is also a live-streaming package available. Importantly, the recording is discrete and set up so that it won't intrude or impact on the performance and the audio quality has been given as much care and consideration as the video.
I record all my shows at Green Note on 3 cameras, upload the watermarked footage to private youtube links and give musicians a week to decide if they want it at the prices listed below. There is a £20 discount for booking and paying for recordings before the show. Recordings from more than 3 cameras must be arranged and paid for in advance.
For performances that are live-streamed, a copy of the live-edited video synced to an audio mix of the FOH feed combined with the room mics is available for musicians to take home and use. For all other recordings, only the raw files of the unedited video and unmixed audio stems are available and will need post-production.
Please note all the prices listed here are for RAW FILES. This will include include video files from any cameras, multi-track audio from the mixing desk (up to 14 channels) plus audio from a stereo pair of room microphones to capture the ‘live’ feel and the audience response. To create videos ready for public consumption the audio will need to be mixed and synced with the video, and the camera shots edited together at a later date. This can be done at home with programmes such as Logic or Final Cut, but is also a service I provide and my video editing rates are listed below.
Prices for this service are listed below. There's a £20 discount for paying before the performance. This does not include the cost of doing live sound which is separate and arranged through the venue. Recording time is limited to 120 minutes of total stage time.

LIVE RECORDINGS: multi-track audio and video
Since 2006 I have been resident sound engineer at London's biggest small venue.
I immediately felt an affinity to the place and it's my favourite venue in London for it's intimacy, atmosphere, food and friendliness. I cut my teeth there and although I have engineered in all sizes of venues across the UK and beyond, the Green Note endures as my musical Mecca.
